Tobacco seed meal is a protein-rich feed ingredient that can be used in broiler rations. This study was conducted to determine the varying levels (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%) of tobacco seed meal in formulated rations. It was conducted at the Poultry Project of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, North La Union Campus, College of Agriculture, Bacnotan, La Union from October 17 to November 31, 2005. Seventy five heads of 21 day old broiler chicks (Cobb stain) were distributed at random in five treatments replicated three times. Results of the study revealed that there were no significant differences in terms of the feed consumption, liver weight, profit above feed medicine and stock cost in all treatments. However, birds fed with commercial ration had significantly higher final weight, gain in weight and dressing percentage than birds fed with the formulated rations.
