Agri-tourism is a new agribusiness diversification that combines agriculture and tourism. This case study is focused on Lomboy Farms, the first agri-tourism enterprise in Region I that was granted accreditation by the Department of Tourism. This case study identified the agri-tourism farm profile, management practices, problems encountered and development plans of Lomboy Farms as well as the level of satisfaction among the tourists. Further, this study analyzed its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; and thereby recommended a strategic plan. The descriptive research design, specifically the case study research method was used in the study. Interview, survey and on-site observations were conducted as bases for the interpretations made. Even before the term agri-tourism was coined, Lomboy Farms has been providing various agri-tourism products and services. With its unique products, intensified marketing strategies and provision of highly satisfying customer services, Lomboy Farms has gradually carved and still continues to build its name in the agri-tourism industry.
