dc.description.abstractThis study made use of a descriptive survey method questionnaire and documentary analysis served as the primary data gathering tool. A total of 34 respondents were surveyed who were small-scale entrepreneurs in the City of San Fernando, La Union. The findings of this revealed the following of which the respondents was mostly 20-25 years old, has a business which is under 3 years of operation, and are Batchelor degree holder. The problem encountered by the respondents using social media in the City of San Fernando, La Union as to Internet problem which posted a frequency of 28or 82.35%, the bogus buyer has posted a frequency of 28 or 82.35%, return which posted 14 or 41.18%, logistic and shipment has posted frequency of 17 or 50%. Down system of social media has posted of frequency of 19% or 55.88%, and lastly, miscommunication has posted 20 or 58.82%.
