dc.description.abstractThe study to explore the level of entrepreneurial skills of LBC courier services and delivery riders in the City of San Fernando, La Union. As well as the problems encountered by the courier's delivery riders. The proposed training program intends to assists the LBC delivery riders to gather more related skills and information that would help in shaping and growing the business in the year ahead. Improving their services in the midst of growing competition in the courier service industry, as well as the satisfaction they can bring to the customers. The proposed training program's will be base on the survey summary result and primary goal is to raise the effectiveness and entrepreneurial skills of delivery riders on technical skills, human skills and conceptional skills to established a strong presence among the customers, to ensure that LBC is the first in their mind when they think about courier delivery services .
