Abstract
This study was conducted specifically to:(1) determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondent; (2) determine the reasons of women for engaging in AgriBusiness Hog Enterprise;(3) determine the extent of involvement of women in the activities of hog enterprise;(4) determine the areas extent of involvement of women in the management of agri-business hog enterprise;(5) determine the problems encounter of women in managing in hog enterprise. The data were drawn from 100 respondents who were selected using purposive random sampling and gathered using a questionnaire schedule and personal interview. Results revealed that majority of the respondents were married; female had 42 average years old, high school graduate. All of the respondents sold their hog in wholesale as their main market outlet which cost Php 5000-8000 respectively. Majority started their business using their own funds. Limited capital was the foremost problems encountered by the respondents because of lack of resources and poverty.
