Abstract
This study examined the transition from classroom to workplace among the fresh graduates of 2024 from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-Mid La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC) residing in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Aligned with the Career Construction Theory, it sought to find out the graduates’ possessed skills, work experiences, job search strategies, accessed support services, and career expectations. Data were gathered using a highly valid and reliable survey questionnaire from 220 respondents and administered via online using Google Forms. Data processing was made using Microsoft Excel and Jamovi for frequency counts, percentages, and the median. The findings emphasize the need for enhanced employability programs to better prepare graduates for the dynamic demands of the workforce.
