dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to design and develop a visitors' monitoring system for the BJMP of City of San Fernando, La Union, to assist them with their visitation arrangement and record-keeping. The collected records were analyzed by the system for the bureau’s future decision-making process. The results were as follows: (a) The System is an effective medium to help BJMP to manage and monitors visitor entry into the institution; (b) The BJMP still relies on traditional methods for recording; (c) The BJMP is capable of implementing the developed system Capability to implement system; (d) Both respondents has positive reception towards biometric technology; (e) Majority of the respondents re male, aged 26-40, and with a salary of Php 10,000 or less; (f) System shows resilience to vulnerability attacks; (g) Acceptable performance in various aspects including functionality, efficiency, usability, reliability, security, and portability; (h) No significant difference in perception based on respondent characteristics.
