Vermitea, a fermented worm cast is a very effective organic fertilizer usually used in crops. This study was conducted to determine the performance of mungbean under DMMMSU condition as affected by vermitea application (T0 - No Fertilization (control), T1 - 30 kg N/ha (BSR), T2 - Once a week vermitea spray, T3 - 2x a week vermitea spray, T4 - 3x a week vermitea spray, and T5 - 4x a week vermitea spray) employing RCBD in four blocks. The study was conducted at the Experimental Farm of DMMMSU-NLUC from November 2012 to January 2013. Plants sprayed with vermitea four times a week and those fertilized with 30kg N/ha (BSR) matured the earliest, developed the most number of pods per plant and heaviest yield. However, no significant variations was recorded in terms of number of days to emergence, flowering, height, and weight of 100 seeds.
