dc.description.abstractThe cost and return analysis of baked cookies was conducted at the Laboratory of DMMMSU-NLUC, Home Technology, Bacnotan La Union. This study conducted was to determine the cost and return analysis of baked cookies and to evaluate the level of acceptability, and the Return on Investment (ROI) of the two kinds of cookies such as the Peanut Butter Cookies and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies The finished products were marketed to the different costumers such as the students, and professionals in the school campus of DMMMSU- NLUC. It was evaluated for its acceptability as to flavor, color, shape, size, texture and general acceptability using the Hedonic Rating. Both baked cookies flavor were rated “Like Very Much and Like Extremely by tasters- respondent.
