Many researchers reported that dietary acidifier supplementation improved broiler performance, hence, the need to explore organic acid as acidifier. This study was conducted to determine the performance of broiler fed with and without organic acid from October 15 to November 21, 2008 at DMMMSU, Bacnotan, La Union. Sixty heads, broiler chicks (14 days) were distributed randomly following the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) replicated eight times. Results of the study revealed that birds fed with organic acid performed comparably with birds without organic acid in terms of final weight, gain in weight, feed consumption, feed conversion efficiency and profit.
