Abstract
This study presents the management operation of Bank of Philippines Islands La Union (North) Branch in San Fernando aimed to design an action plan for Bank of Philippines Islands. The study presents the external and internal information relevant to the operation of the bank. The information was gathered through the use of interview sheet. It was analyzed using SWOT Analysis. The identified major strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were used to formulate strategies. The SO strategy formulated was to develop program of weekly checking of machines. The WO strategy formulated was to facilitate an internet-based screening and selection. These strategies were the subjects in the action plan.
