Due to the scarcity and prohibitive cost of commercial energy sources like maize and sorghum for poultry rations, the main cause of the high cost of poultry products especially in developing countries, poultry raisers have to look for locally available alternative source of feedstuff. This study was conducted to determine the effect of alim leaf meal as feed extender for broiler ration. It was conducted at San Miguel Tagudin, Ilocos Sur from November 24 to December 28, 2015. Result of the study revealed that the performance of broiler fed with the different levels of Alim Leaf Meal as feed extender is comparable to birds fed with pure Broiler Starter Mash in terms of final weight, gain in weight, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, dressing percentage and profit above feed, medicine and stock cost.
