dc.description.abstractSkin care clinics epitome the convergence of medical expertise and aesthetic aspirations, offering tailored solutions for diverse dermatological needs. The charm medical skin and body clinic provides a range of services, from medical treatments for dermatological conditions to cosmetic procedures and holistic skincare regimens. This case study used primary, secondary and tertiary sources through documents, interview and observation and immersion and was evaluated through SWOT analysis. The identified major strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities were used to formulate strategies and used as basis for the proposed action plan. The priorities in the proposed action plan were to promote quality skin wellness, empower clients with knowledge and personalized care, offer sanctuaries of rejuvenation, foster holistic well-being through therapeutic treatments and with the advent of technology, for the clinic to extend their through virtual consultations and online resources.
