As the final person who consumes the utility of goods and services and subjected to numerous types of exploitation, the consumer deserves his rights to be respected pending on his awareness and adoption of these entitlements. This study was conducted specifically to assess the attitude of consumers towards their rights. Data gathered using questionnaire and analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, weighted mean and Pearson r correlation analysis. Most of the respondents were female, married, college graduate, with 34.86 years average age, 5.04 average household size and have an average monthly income of Php.8, 440.00. The consumers were in favor, aware and adopted the elements of consumer rights such as right to basic needs, privacy, choose, information, redress, representation and safety. They preferred locally produced products than the imported ones. High price, poor taste, and odor and treated with chemical is considered the most serious problem of consumers both local and imported products.
