Abstract
COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption in many life domains. In order to reduce the spread of corona virus, many universities around the world made an abrupt transition from face-to-face to online and remote learning. Students who have been studying during the COVlD-19 outbreak are potentially vulnerable to negative effects on academic outcomes, such as grades, as well as on academic beliefs, such as self-efficacy. Primarily, the researchers aim to determine the Self-Efficacy and Academic Performance of Senior High School Students at DMMMSU-SLUC during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The researchers used descriptive correlational research and convenience sampling technique. Subjects were 88 senior high school students who are enrolled at DMMMSU-SLUC for the School Year 2020-2021. To gather the necessary data, an adapted survey questionnaire is used the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) and previous GPA or the Grade Point Average. Quantitative analysis showed no significant relationship between the self-efficacy and academic performance (r=.187, p-value of .081->0.05).
