dc.description.abstractThis study entitled “Acceptability and satisfaction of Online Shopping” utilized the descriptive research. A set of questionnaire relative to the profile and factors affecting the acceptability and satisfaction of online shopping was used. From the result of the study, a strategic marketing plan was crafted to showcase the acceptability and satisfaction in online-shopping. The study determined the acceptability of online shopping among the faculty, staff, and BSBA students of DMMMSU Open University System as a basis to formulate a strategic marketing plan. The respondents of this study are composed of three (3) sets (1) faculty (2) non-teaching and (3) BSBA students. They were considered as respondents in view of their awareness, observation, and familiarity as regards the subject matter of the study. Since there are a total of one hundred nineteen respondents, total enumeration was utilized. Data were collected, tallied and analyzed in accordance with the study. Frequency and percentages were the statistical tools used in the computation of the gathered data. The findings of the study show that: 1. More than half of the respondents were females, with an age bracket from 21-30 with bachelor’s degree or undergraduate courses;2. Along the factors affecting the acceptability and satisfaction of online shopping, it can be said that: a. The company provides an overall organization or navigation;b. The company offers an affordable or reasonable price; and c. The delivery covers warranty in case of delay or damage during the shipment.3. As to the problems encountered, delivery time is almost delayed. The findings of the study show that: 1. Along the factors affecting the acceptability and satisfaction of online shopping, it can be said that: a. The company provides an overall organization or navigation;b.
