Abstract
This study aimed to develop a Document Tracking and Monitoring System to save
time, eliminate the problems of manual process, and to increase efficiency. The objectives
were (l) to determine the functional and non-functional requirements of the developed
system; (2) to construct the system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD)
model; and (3) to evaluate the level of usability of the developed system in terms of ease
of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. The researchers employed descriptive and
developmental research as the research designs. The RAD Model was used for the
development of the system, which is consisted of four phases: requirements planning,
user design, construction, and cutover. The USE questionnaire by Lund was utilized to
determine the level of usability of the developed system. As for the performance, the
developed system was rated as highly usable in terms of ease of use, ease of learning, and
satisfaction, with an overall mean rating of 4.25.
