Some authors claim that feed restriction increased feed conversion efficiency. Hence, this study was conducted at the Poultry Project of the DMMMSU-NLUC, Bacnotan, La Union from December 28, 2006 to February 7, 2007 to determine the performance of broilers as subjected to different levels of feed restrictions (T1-full feeding, T2-5% feed restrictions, T3-10% feed restrictions, T4-15% feed restrictions, and T5-20 % feed restrictions). Each treatment was replicated three times with 5 birds per replicate following the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The result of the study revealed that the final weight, gain in weight, feed conversion efficiency, and profit above feed cost were not significantly affected by the different levels of feed restrictions except the feed consumption.
