This study delved on Online Inter-Office Information Management System of National Nutrition Council Region 1. Specifically, assessed the existing ICT resources of the NNC RO1 in terms of its hardware, software, manpower, and budget; identified the NNC inter-office procedures along its performance, information dissemination, economics, control, efficiency and service; developed an online inter-office information management system for the National Nutrition Council in Region 1 and tested the level of acceptability of the developed information system. This study used descriptive and developmental type of research and Rapid Application Development in developing the system and used checklist to assess the existing ICT resources of the NNC and survey questionnaire was administered to!8 respondents to identify the NNC inter-office procedures and to test the level of acceptability of the developed system. To quantify the results, the researchers made use of computed weighted mean. Findings of the study revealedthat in terms of ICT resources, NNC had enough hardware present, sufficient software, weak manpower resource, and enough budgets. As to the existing manual inter-office procedures, the respondents strongly agreed that the existing manual system is a constraint. Online Inter-OfficeInformation Management System runs in a Windows platform and was developed with PHPHypertext Preprocessor, HTML, CSS, JAVA script, AJAX and Mysql as the database. The system is highly acceptable as to the level of acceptability of the system. The conclusions were: The ICT resources necessary for the development of an online system were sufficient and available, thus the functional requirement of the system were met; however, there is lack of manpower to manage the system; the existing manual inter-office procedures along information management system in the NNC as an organization were not efficient and effective; the online system was developed using the RAD system development model along with basic HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP and AJAX programming languages, and MySql as the database platform best fit to run the system at its best performance, use and services; The developed online information system was very acceptable; therefore, it meets the criteria and requirements of the developed system.
