This study aimed to determine the adoption of financial technology (fintech) among faculty and students in agriculture-related programs at DMMMSU-NLUC. Fintech includes digital innovations such as digital payments, financial management apps, and online lending platforms. Using total enumeration for faculty and stratified random sampling with purposive sampling for students, the study collects data through surveys. A high percentage of neutrality on the Likert scale suggests a lack of strong opinions about fintech. The demographic profiles of faculty and students significantly influence fintech adoption, with factors like age, marital status, educational background, and income levels playing key roles. Despite a strong willingness to adopt fintech among both groups, challenges like generational gaps, connectivity issues, and differing learning preferences highlight the need for targeted training and support. The study recommends a customized training program to bridge the information gap, enhance understanding, and foster fintech literacy in the academic setting.
