dc.description.abstractEntrepreneurial competencies are sets of skills and behavior needed to create, develop, manage and grow a business venture. It also includes the ability to handle the risks that come with running a business. Competencies focusing into Technical, Human and Conceptual can be applied to many different jobs in the courier service industry. The researchers used descriptive research method as the primary instrument of the data collection. The finding revealed that the respondents are technically, conceptually and humanly competent. The proposed training design of this research intend to assist the growth delivery riders significantly influence customer satisfaction, reliability, assurance and empathy.
