dc.description.abstractDue to the ever-increasing cost of medicine for broilers, researchers are looking for cheap and locally available raw materials as substitute to commercial antibiotics. This study was conducted on February 25, 2023 to March 31, 2023 to determine the best level of fermented sambong leaf extract (5ml, 10ml, and 15ml) that could substitute commercial antibiotics. Sixty-day-old broiler chicks were randomly distributed into four treatments following the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in three blocks. The results of the study discloses that final weight, gain in weight, total feed consumption, dressing percentage, feed conversion ratio, feed conversion efficiency, liver weight, profit above feed, medicine and stock cost, and water consumption were not significantly influenced by the different levels at 5% to 15% of fermented sambong leaf extract as water supplement. However, a significant result was noted on gizzard weight of the birds (37.67)
