Abstract
The study introduces the design, development, and analysis of a solar-powered grilling machine that offers an eco-friendly and sustainable grill approach. The machine uses solar power by converting solar energy into electrical power for the electric grill via photovoltaic panels. The design integrates efficient power storage measures to maintain the grill's functionality even during low hours of sunlight. A standard charge controller is introduced to manage the flow of electric energy and prevent the overcharge of utilized batteries and their overuse. The experimental results show that the solar-powered grill achieves cooking results identical to traditional electric grills but with significantly lower carbon emissions. Thanks to its energy efficiency, environmental benefits, and user-friendly features such as easy temperature control and simple maintenance, the grilling equipment created is a viable alternative for indoor and outdoor use. Further, development efforts may be better spent boosting the grill’s throughput capacity and enhancing performance efficiency.
