Abstract
The COVID-19 crisis has led to the ease of use in the online shopping. In accordance with the health protocols released by the World Health Organization, Philippine Government Agencies likewise publicized a series of health guidelines through Department of Health. IATF published a Resolution numbered 61, series of 2020 providing a clear view of the community quarantine delimitation.
The study intends to measure how the delivery riders of JNT implemented the health protocols specified in Executive Order 66-series 2021 to their customers. Descriptive research design were adopted in the analysis of the study and questionnaires were used as the main data gathering tool. Frequency counts and percentages were used to measure the profile of respondents while the weighted mean was utilized to measure how the delivery riders of JNT implement the EO 66- 2020 to their costumers in San Fernando City, La Union The respondents of this study were residents in City of San Fernando, La Union.
