dc.description.abstractThe study developed a QR Code-based patient record management system with SMS notification for St. Raphael Medical and Diagnostic Center. The researchers aimed to identify requirements, design and construct using the RAD model, and evaluate the system's quality. They used interviews and a questionnaire based on the ISO 9126 model. Researchers' involved 30 participants, providing valuable insights into system development and usability. The study revealed that the developed system performed well in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. It received high ratings in all these aspects, with weighted means ranging from 4.17 to 4.53. Overall, the system received a strong agreement rating with a weighted mean average of 4.32. The research findings were highly valuable for the medical staff and patients of St. Raphael Medical and Diagnostic Center, as they benefited from the QR Code Based Patient Record Management System integrated with SMS notification functionality.
