dc.description.abstractThis study dealt with the relationship between the motivational factors and the self-efficacy of women farmers in Agoo and Rosario, La Union. Specifically, the descriptive research design was used in this study. Two constructed questionnaires were used to gather data about the motivational factors and self-efficacy of 39 women farmers chosen through purposive sampling. The findings of the study revealed that the women farmers have very high level of extrinsic motivation and high level of intrinsic motivation. The women farmers have high level of self-efficacy. There is a positive significant relationship between the motivation and self-efficacy of the women farmers which means that self-efficacy is afactor in that influences the level of motivation of women farmers.
