Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop the E-Appointment an appointment mobile application
system for DMMMSU - SLUC, Agoo, La Union. This study sought to attain the following
objectives: (1) to determine the requirements of E-Appointment in terms of: (a) data, process,
output (h) software architecture (c) hardware and software requirements; (2) to design and
construct the E-Appointment.; (3) to determine the level of usability of the E-Appointment.
The researchers used descriptive and developmental research methods. The researchers
utilized the Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) model. The researchers used
frequency count, mean and Likert scale as statistical tools to analyze the data gathered The
researchers were able to arrive to the following conclusions: the requirements of the system
are very important to the development of the mobile application, the mobile application is
an effective online appointment system as evidence with 4. 79 mean, and the developed E-appointment is very much usable.
