This study made use of a descriptive and evaluative research of investigation. A validated and reliable questionnaire served as the data gathering tool and a total of sixty private car owner-respondents were surveyed from the province of La Union. The finding revealed that the private car owners who purchased automobiles during the pandemic were adult males, married, belonging to a member of more than four family sizes, permanently employed and earning above twenty thousand pesos a month. The private car owners were highly influenced by the brand, price, comfort, fuel type, safety and seating capacity. Financial constraint was the main problem that the private car owners encountered in purchasing automobiles.
