dc.description.abstractThis study focused on the development of BRIGHTLIGHT IN NAVIGATING THE DARK (B.L.I.N.D): A MOBILE LEARNING ASSISTANT FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS which aimed to provide the individuals with visual impairments to learn and move around more independent. This study utilized Extreme Programming (XP) as its methodology. A total of 21 respondents consisting of students, teachers, principal, blind individuals and IT Experts were selected to test the application.
