dc.description.abstractThis study designed and developed a Supplies and Goods Inventory System for DMMMSU - NLUC's Supply and Property Management Office. (a) identified current issues in supply management. (b) assessed ICT resources. (c) evaluated system readiness. (d) examined respondent socio-demographics. (e) tested system vulnerability. (f) assessed system acceptability. (g) investigated differences in respondent perception based on demographics. Data was gathered through interviews, journal reviews, and surveys involving IT experts, supply office staff, and college deans/office heads. The results were as follows: (a) The Supplies and Goods Inventory System effectively aids DMMMSU-NLUC Supply and Property Management Office. (b) The office can implement the system. (c) Staff and college deans/officers support its implementation. (d) Most respondents are females aged 20-25, 31-35, 41-45, earning Php 10,000 or less. (e) The system is secure against attacks. (f) It's acceptable. (g) No significant perception difference by sex or respondent type.
