dc.description.abstractThe BSOA students need to be ICT literate to be prepared and soon will be faced the demands of a computer-based work that need to have these competencies. Thus, this study on ICT COMPETENCY OF BSOA STUDENTS OF DMMMSU-MLUC was conceptualized to assess the status of competence and significant differences of the respondents and design an intervention program. The study used descriptive statistics to describe the profile and status of ICT competence of the students. The researchers administered the survey instrument by personally conducting hands-on test to the respondents. The finding of the study showed that almost all of the respondents are skilled and knowledgeable in ICT areas. The competence of the respondents in ICT areas denied the concept of significant difference across the respondents' profile. An intervention program was developed to upskill the ICT skills of BSOA students to meet all the ICT competency.
