The study aimed to determine the inorganic fertilizer that could give the favorable growth and survival of potted para rubber seedlings grown under DMMMSU, NLUC , Bacnotan La Union. The study was conducted from July 30,2014 to December 27, 2014. A total of 192 seedlings of potted Para rubber seedlings were used and was laid out using the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in four replications. The treatments used were the following: T0- No Fertilizer (control) T1- 1gm of urea/seedlings applied 2x a moth (every 15 days) T2- 1gm of ammonium sulfate/seedlings applied 2x a moth (every 15 days) T3- 1gm of ammonium phosphate/seedlings applied 2x a moth (every 15 days) Results of the study showed no significant effects of treatments on the initial height, monthly height increment, final height, initial number of leaves, length of primary and secondary roots, root-shoot ratio and percentage survival of seedlings. Significant results were observed among treatments used on the initial diameter, monthly diameter increment, final diameter and additional number of leaves.
