Abstract
The sweet flavor of brown sugar adds palatability to the feeds and thus, improves feed intake. This study was conducted at Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union from November 24 to December 28, 2004, to find out the performance of 75 head broilers at 15 days old as affected by varying levels of brown sugar (without brown sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar/gallon, and 4 tablespoon brown sugat/gallon). Each treatment was replicated three times following the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). Results revealed no significant variations on the performance of broilers.
