The Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 aims to streamline government services. This descriptive quantitative research assessed the status of compliance of Local Government Units in the 2nd District of La Union-with RA 11032 regarding the Citizen’s Charter, access to government services through frontline services, and Report Card Survey. The study determined a significant difference between the perceptions of the employees and clients in most indicators of the Citizen’s Charter, access to government services through frontline services, and the Report Card Survey. Data were gathered from 144 frontline personnel and 291 clients of responders using a questionnaire and documentary analysis and were analyzed using frequency counts and percentages in a chi-square test. The following results were determined: (1) LGUs in the 2nd district adhere to EODB in terms of Citizen’s Charter, Access to Government Services Through Frontline Services, and Report Card Survey; (2) there is a significant difference between the status of compliance on RA 11032 as perceived by the employees and clients (3) the digitization efforts implemented include electronic online registration;(4) LGU frontline personnel are challenged by increasing legal awareness (5) clients faced issues with assigned officer responsiveness. The study proposes a policy brief for LGUs to enhance services under RA 11032.
