This study focuses on the development of an Online Library Book Lending system that incorporates QR code technology and utilizes descriptive analytics. Its main objectives were to identify both functional and non-functional requirements, employ the Rapid Application Development Model for system design and construction, and assess the system's usability. The research methodology involved descriptive and developmental research techniques, including an interview with the client to determine requirements. The development environment consisted of Visual Studio, along with HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. QR codes were implemented to streamline the borrowing and returning process. The study's findings provide valuable insights into the usability of the online library book lending system, highlighting areas for potential improvement to enhance user satisfaction. Addressing these identified issues can lead to an improved user experience and higher user engagement with the system in the future.
