dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to assess and determine the status and constraints of the SSIPs, functionality, and benefits of the projects to the community, profile of the beneficiaries in Suyo, Ilocos Sur, and the location of the projects. Descriptive research design was used with 58 respondents and 18 SSIPs visited. Data analysis was done through Likert scale analysis. The study showed that the SSIPs are highly effective according to the views of the respondents specially in terms of service area, water supply, and environment. Most of the problems revealed was structural damage and poor design.
