With the advancement of technology, a combination of alarm system and a notification system that can detect both smoke and carbon monoxide has been designed. The Fire and Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Notification System. This study deals with the development, construction, and testing of FCMANS. To provide early detection and early warning to residential owners. Developmental, descriptive and evaluative design were used in the study. It was tested in terms of reliability as to its speed of information. Findings further indicate that FCMANS was made according to its description and specifications. Therefore, it is feasible for residential owners to adapt the FCMANS for early detection and early warning of smoke and carbon monoxide.
