dc.description.abstractEfficient management of poultry operations requires timely access to accurate data for informed decision-making. FarmTrak is a web-based dashboard developed to provide real-time monitoring and report generation for poultry farms. The system allows farm personnel to manually record and manage daily operational data, including feed consumption, water usage, egg production, and mortality. The Agile development paradigm served as the basis for this study's descriptive-developmental research approach, which iteratively improved the dashboard in response to user input. Farm staff members were given a usability questionnaire, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS), to assess the system's acceptability and efficacy. With a mean SUS score o f 71.67, the usability assessment was deemed above-average (Grade B, Acceptable). These results show that FarmTrak supported more effective, structured, and data-driven farm management techniques and effectively handled the operational difficulties o f chicken recordkeeping.
