dc.description.abstractThis study determined the relationships among the BS Psychology, students' perceived parenting styles, temperament and their level of aggression which were the basis for the personality development program. The stud)! made use of descriptive research design. There were 192 respondents who were chosen at random from the 12opulation oj the BS Psychology students. The data were gathered through the Parenting Styles Questionnaire, the Aggression Questionnaire, ana the Thurstone Temperament Schedule, all of which were standardized instruments. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, frequency count, percentage, and the average weighted mean were employed to analyze and interpret the data. The male-respondents tend to be highly sociable and reflective; while the female-respondents tend to be very highly active and vigorous. The parents of the respondents sometimes used autocratic, democratic, and permissive parenting styles. The respondents characterized themselves to have moderate physical and verbal aggressions. The females' temperament is significantly correlated with their aggression. The parenting styles of the respondents parents are not significantly correlated with their aggression. Based from the results of the study, a personality program was proposed.
