    Diet strategies and their health benefits and risks on college students

    Diet reflects an individual's nutritional state, and nutrition is a key component that influences human health. This scoping review sought to explore existing literature about various diet strategies that are utilized by college students. and their health benefits and risks. The initial literature was utilized using the following databases: Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. Identified and screened full-text articles were further assessed for eligibility criteria. Through this review, researchers found out that the diet strategy that facilitates healthy weight loss and maintains the ideal weight of college students without compromising their nutritional requirements is Intermittent Fasting. This review was conducted from August 2022 to March 2024.
