    Virtual help desk of the guidance and counseling services unit of DMMMSU-SLUC Agoo, La Union

    The main objective of this study is to develop a Virtual Help Desk of the Guidance and Counseling Services Unit of DMMMSU-SLUC Agoo, La Union. Specifically, it sought to attain the following objectives: (1) determine the frequently asked questions in the guidance and counseling services ;(2) design and construct the virtual help desk of the guidance counseling services using the RAD model; (3) determine the level of usability of the developed system. The researchers used descriptive and developmental research method to gather data through interview guide and survey questionnaires. The gathered data from the respondents were computed and interpreted using Likert Scale. The researchers developed the system using the Rapid Application life cycle model as it is the most suitable model because it contains all phases required in developing the website system.
