    Construction industry interlinks with all other industries by developing physical capital requirements they need to create employment and to generate income for the economy. This study aimed to formulate an action plan for Kane Construction Inc. located at 37 Upper P. Burgos, Baguio, 2600 Benguet to improve its management systems and services. This case study used the mixed method research design and gathered data using interview guide, observation checklist, and documents, external and internal information from primary, secondary, and tertiary' sources. Using the SWOT analysis, findings revealed that the company’s weaknesses include weak implementation of occupational safety and health policies, slow data recording, and low profitability. To address these weak points, an action plan was formulated which focuses on safety and health management program, computer-based accounting system and profit maximization.
