    Enhancing the English language proficiency of Grade VI pupils of DMMMSU-NLUC, CE-ELS through structural analysis

    This study examined the English Language Proficiency of Grade VI pupils of DMMMSU-NLUC, ELS, Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union, during the school year 2015-2016. The study investigated these central questions: What is the level of English language proficiency of the respondents during the pre-test of the study? What is the level of English language proficiency of the respondents during the post-test of the study? What is the significant difference of the results during pre-test and post-test of the study? It also addressed the sub-questions about the level of performance in the pre-test and post-test. The respondents of this research were the 20 pupils of Grade VI. These children were approximately 11 years old and above. The performances of the respondents were compared according to their scores in the pre-test and post-test. Findings revealed a significant difference in the performance scores among the group.
