Viability of DMMMSU Broiler production project in year 2002-2006

A descriptive research design was most of the data used in the study and were drawn from the production and financial records of the project at the project site and the accounting office of DMMMSU-NLUC. Such data was analyzed using forecasting, and financial ratio analysis. The sales and production increased every year. They had their operation from the years 2002 to 2006. From the data gathered it shows that during 2003 they suffered a decline of sales and production. For 2002,2004,205 and 2006, they had an increase in their sales and production. It only shows that their net income was also increased every year but 2003 shows that their net income decline compared to 2002,2004,2005 and 2006. In their five years operation there was a strong liquidity position, solvency and return on investment. This implies that the DMMMSU-NLUC broiler production generates a net income.
