    Enrolment system of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University- Mid La Union Campus Laboratory Schools

    The study developed an Enrolment System of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University- Mid La Union Campus Laboratory Schools. Specifically, it sought answers to the following objectives: To identify the problem of the existing enrolment system of DMMMSU-MLUC Laboratory Schools; to develop the DMMMSU- MLUC Laboratory Schools Enrolment System using the SCRUM Model; to assess the level of usability of the proposed system along Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, and Supportability using ISO 9126. The descriptive and developmental research designs with the survey questionnaire as a gathering tool were used in this study. A total of twenty two (22) respondents were involved to determine the existing status of DMMMSUMLUC Laboratory Schools Enrolment System as well as the level of usability of the developed enrolment system. Data gathered were analyzed by way of frequency count and mean. Findings of the study showed that with the use of their manual system, Laboratory Schools encountered problems during transactions which take a lot of time for them to generate reports and perform other tasks. Enrolment system of DMMMSUMLUC Laboratory Schools runs on a windows platform and was developed using Visual Studio.NET 2010, WAMPServer and MySQL ANSI Driver 5.2 as its database platform. The respondents agreed that the system is “Very Much Usable" as evidence by the grand mean of 4.50.
