Publication Mental health and well-being of Office Administration personnel in the First Class Municipalities of District I, La Union(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus, 2025-12) Agustin, Yeshien Grace S.; Gat-eb, Zshanica D.; Manzano, Deovanie Ronlyn A.; Rilloraza, Jannah-Sharmaine O.; Villar, Cheska C.This study aimed to describe the mental health and well-being of office administration personnel in the First Class Municipalities of District I, La Union, focusing on their levels of stress, coping strategies, and the relationship between demographic profiles and stress experiences. A total of 182 respondents were selected from a population of 348 using the Raosoft sample size calculator and manual computation, it was proportionally distributed across the municipalities of Bacnotan, Bangar, San Juan, Santol, and Sudipen. The study utilized a descriptive quantitative method through a validated and pre-tested survey questionnaire. Results revealed that office administration personnel experienced moderate stress levels mainly due to workload and job demands, while stress related to working hours and job control remained low. Significant differences in stress were observed based on employment status, salary, and length of service. Common coping strategies included maintaining work-life balance, building resilience, and seeking support from colleagues and organizational culture.
