    This study is about Employee Development in DMMMSU-MLUC. Specifically, it delved into the: 1)profile oftherespondents,2)determined the implementation of the various employee development strategies on the campus, namely, advanced studies, enhancement of knowledge and skills development, personality development, professional work ethics, interpersonal relationship and personality development; 3) determined the level of effectiveness of the employee development programs; and 4) determined the degree of seriousness of problems encountered by both groups of respondents as regards the implementation of the employee development programs. Based on the study's findings, the profile of the respondents is varied and the employee program was implemented effectively. Also, the respondents encountered serious and moderate challenges in the implementation of the employee development programs.
