    The CY-COP: A Mobile Application to Report Alleged Cybercrime Cases is a study to develop a system that will help enhance the way of reporting cybercrime cases, through online and not just by walking-in in the office of RACU. The study determined the existing processes in reporting cybercrimes and needs of the complainant. It used Extreme Programming method to develop the system and determined the quality of the developed system using ISO/IEC 25010-1 in terms of functionality, usability, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Descriptive and Developmental researches were used in the study. Interview was used to determine the existing processes in reporting cybercrimes and needs of the complainant and frequency count and mean were used to analyze the data gathered in determining the acceptability of the developed system. The CY-COP: A Mobile Application to Report Alleged Cybercrime Cases has an average Mean rating of 4.55 perceived as Very highly acceptable.
