Publication Team culture among support staffs in the district hospitals in La Union(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus, 2022-03) Paneda, Erica Mae T.; Aquino, Mindy Joy T.; Dacanay, Glordan B.; Dulay, Jemaica U.; Mabanta, Jenny-Lyn A.; Palabay, Lher Verell S.; Novencido, Rosa M.; Galleta, Darwin T.; Patacsil, Lorna P.; Ochoa, Mark Anthony C.Team culture refers to the values, beliefs and behavior shared by a team in an organization and how people work together towards common goals. The standard for the extent of team culture of the support staffs includes clarity of team goals, communication and conflict management, customer and inter-team issues, decisions authority and accountability, roles and interdependence, support from the organization, and team member skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of practice of team culture in the District Hospitals in La Union. To collect the data related to the personal profile, employment profile and the extent of team culture in the District II hospitals in La Union, a survey instrument was administered to the eighty-four (84) support staffs of the District II hospitals in La Union, frequency counts, percentages, mean, 5-point Likert scale, T-test and one-way ANOVA were used for the data analysis. Findings revealed that there is no significant difference on the team culture across the employment profile of the respondents when group as to gender, civil status, highest educational attainment, hospital sections and length of service.
