    This study determined the challenges faced by the Non-Teaching Staff of DMMMSU-South La Union Campus. The researchers conducted this study to gain knowledge for future purposes as it is related to the course that they are taking. The questionnaire used in this study is a researcher-made. A total Of one hundred six (106) Non- Teaching Staff participated from DMMMSU-SLUC using 82.17 percent enumeration. Researchers utilized frequency count and percentage for the profile of the respondents and the challenges they faced. Spearman Rho was used to determine the significant relationship between the respondent profile and their challenges faced. Findings revealed that non- leaching staff Of DMMMSU-SLUC are adults who are degree holders and few are designated in Auxiliary Office, and majority are employed in a contract of service. The level of challenges faced by the nan-teaching staff is not a challenge as what they experience. Non-teaching Staff 'profile in terms of age, sex, civil status, highest educational attainment, number of years/months employed, designated office, and employment status were not significantly related to their faced challenges. A training design was developed to maintain and expand the knowledge about well-being and satisfaction.
